Dan’s first job out of college prepared him to lead, training distributors and operators throughout a 13-state territory and Canada for Bell Laboratories in Madison, Wisconsin. The fast-paced work kept him energized, and the business of sales became his calling.
In 1996, Dan carved out a working space in the kitchen of his West Milwaukee condo to sell onsite drug testing kits. He would cold call employers, occupational health clinics, staffing agencies and hospitals. Onsite drug testing kits were fairly new, so most companies were using a laboratory to test the samples. That meant waiting days for the results. Dan’s customers could now receive their results within a few minutes.
Today, Dan is recognized as a national leader in drug testing innovation. He manages Noble Medical’s operations with an entrepreneur’s wisdom honed over a quarter century. As founder, he takes pride in directing strategy, innovation and implementation through collaboration with his trusted team.

Tyler proudly served our nation for six years in the U.S. Marine Corps before making use of his criminal justice degree by becoming a law enforcement officer for more than seven years.
In the private sector, Tyler discovered new opportunities working in the transportation industry. He spent most of those years in leadership roles. He led regional operations in the Greater Milwaukee and Chicago areas for Ferrellgas, a nationally known Fortune 1000 company in the gas utilities industry. Later, he was appointed a director position overseeing the safety, compliance, fleet maintenance and training departments for Daily Direct, aka “HAULBIKES,” a specialized trucking company in Milwaukee.
At Noble Medical, Tyler oversees operations and serves as the company’s primary administrative officer. He holds industry certifications including CPC and BAT. Tyler challenges employees to continually seek improvement in their processes, which empowers them to have an active role in Noble’s success.
Executive Director, Sales & Marketing
As Noble’s Director of Sales, John is charged with managing our sales team as well as the strategic management and marketing of Noble’s product lines. John has over 30 years of experience working with and within laboratories and he has been a member of the Noble team for over four years. After earning a degree in Biology, John ventured into the professional world working the bench as a chemist at analytical laboratories and spent a few years learning laboratory instrument design. With that knowledge, John was able to harness his innovative nature and he earned a U.S. Patent at Gilson, Inc. for one of his designs.
John continued his career at Perkin Elmer, Inc., a major U.S. based laboratory equipment provider, where he managed service teams for over 15 years. During John’s tenure with Perkin Elmer, Inc., he also managed all equipment service for a leading pharmaceutical research company in Boston, MA.
At Noble, John has continued to use his highly technical background and wealth of laboratory knowledge to build sound partnerships with Noble’s customers. He continuously looks to improve upon customer satisfaction, often using his experience to streamline customers’ drug and alcohol testing programs while saving them money and making them more efficient. He is directly responsible for most of Noble’s major growth since his onboarding, using his keen sense of product knowledge and innate ability as a problem solver, to grow Noble’s client base both organically and inorganically. John’s displayed commitment to his customers is what drives his team to succeed.
